Refund policy

We want you to love everything you get from Darlin Daisy! 🤎 If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.

Returns

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Items must have all original tags attached.
• Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, stains, or other signs of wear.
• Sale items and gift cards are final sale.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive store credit for the purchase price of the eligible item(s). Store credit will be issued electronically and can be used toward a future Darlin' Daisy purchase.

No cash or card refunds will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at darlindaisyonline@gmail.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item so we can make it right!
